EREC Project 01 is divided into three Series, each with a distinct entry window and execution date. This allows investors to choose when and how they participate in the project’s cash-flow lifecycle.

How It Works:

• Series 1 offers the longest investment horizon, ideal for early movers wanting maximum upside and early capital deployment.
• Series 2 allows investors to enter midway through the project, offering balance between time in market and potential gains.
• Series 3 caters to those looking for shorter-duration exposure, while still benefiting from all contractual guarantees.

Regardless of the Series selected, all investors receive:

• The same minimum 11% return
• Semiannual cash premiums
• Uncapped upside participation
• A guaranteed exit no later than May 2029
