Introducing EREC – An Asset Revolutionizing Real Estate Investment

EREC (European Real Estate Club) is an innovative structure that enables eligible investors to access a defined stream of future Net Cash-Flows derived from real estate development projects, without acquiring any ownership or equity interest in the underlying asset. Structured as a contractual receivable, each EREC issuance represents a proportionate right to receive pre-defined Net Cash-Flows, offering both transparency and predictable return mechanics.

Each EREC is designed to preserve the investor’s entitlement to a minimum annualised return while allowing full participation in upside scenarios should the underlying project outperform. These returns are contractually secured by the issuing fund and supported by a dedicated cash-flow management framework, ensuring high standards of accountability and performance.

In alignment with our long-term vision, we are currently working on digitalizing the EREC framework by tokenizing these Net Cash-Flow Rights. This initiative, expected to launch in the coming months, will enable each EREC token to be securely linked to the Net Cash-Flows of specified property developments. Through this tokenization process, we aim to bring liquidity, transparency, and technological advancement to an already robust real-estate-backed product.
