Welcome to IC Realty, a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Our license number is AIFM 24/56/2013.

Our strong competence lies in such areas as Portfolio and Risk Management, Fund Administration, AML & Compliance. Our team of professionals is focused on careful selection of investment projects which would provide reasonable yield with tolerable risk to our funds’ investors.

Comparative advantage of IC Realty Ltd team lies in close work with investees. We provide advice on fundraising and better structuring of investment ideas, selecting the best projects among them for our Funds’ investment purposes.

Roman Bieliс

CEO

Roman has over 15 years’ experience in European financial markets and over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate and Private Equity investments. Under his management, client companies evolved into major players in local industrial markets. He has the reputation of a reliable financial advisor for international and local clients. Roman Bielic has built a large portfolio of successfully implemented projects in sectors such as finance, construction and commercial and residential real estate.

Kypros Neocleous

CFA, General Manager, Portfolio Manager

Kypros Neocleous is the General Manager and Portfolio Manager as well as Board Member of IC Realty Ltd and of IC Realty A1 AIF Umbrella Fund VCIC Ltd. Further, he is a member of the Investment Committee.

Kypros has over 10 years of professional experience in the Republic of Cyprus in the financial services industry . He is an experienced analyst and Portfolio Manager with sound knowledge in research and analysis, strong understanding of investment markets, and experience in product development.

He has occupied managerial positions in large international financial companies and held the position of the fund manager for over four years.

His competencies include fund management for various asset classes, including real estate, fixed income, equities, multi-assets and other alternative investments.

Finally, Kypros is a CFA charterholder. He holds a Masters’ degree in Banking and Finance from Newcastle University, UK and a Bachelors’ degree in Statistics and Insurance Science from University of Piraeus, Greece.

Vladyslav Lisovyi

Risk Manager

Vladyslav is a risk management expert with rich work experience in Foreign Assets. He held positions in international companies in Europe including Invest Consulting, company that is managing 20+ investment funds in Ukraine and Ernst and Young where he gained valuable experience in Risk Management, transaction support and financial analysis. He’s got two Master Degrees in Economics and Management from the leading universities in Ukraine and France.
