IC Realty Ltd (the “Company”) maintains a strong trajectory towards investments in real estate projects and equity participation, with plenty of potential opportunities for expansion in different segments of the economy for increased diversification.
Continual collaboration with biggest real estate developers and abilities of employees of the Company, who have amassed a substantial amount of experience in each respective field, ensure optimal quality and returns from each individual investment project. The objective of our funds is to provide its investors with consistent and risk-adjusted returns by acquiring high-quality cash flow generating real estate properties with the potential for adding value through active management, thereby creating a stable income stream combined with capital gains.

The Funds under management of IC Realty may invest to a variety of investment projects in accordance with our investment strategies and investment principles disclosed in the Offering Documents of each Fund.
INVESTMENT APPROACH AND STRATEGIES
The Fund aims to invest in:
- Residential complexes;
- The central areas of the target markets;
- The areas of the target markets with significant economic growth;
- Residential and commercial properties;
- Efficient single or multi store commercial properties and hotels
- Private Equity projects
The funds are invested in assets located globally, focusing on projects within the European Economic Area, Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS Region.
Emphasis will also be placed in real estate or related projects and/or private equity projects which will allow for a credible and easy exit strategy.
The Sub-Fund may invest at any stage throughout the lifecycle of a project (during its planning phase, halfway through its development or upon its completion).
The Fund aims to invest in projects with potential growth, returns and reasonable risk exposure. Our focus is on achieving an easy exit strategy from the project so our investors could receive their initial investment and profits in a favourable economic environment.
As part of the Fund’s long term strategy, the Fund join forces with its’ strategic partner to co-invest in the projects in a very attractive holiday and tourism resort area in Cyprus.
This area is located between Protaras and Paralimni, both of which have plenty to offer for their visitors. Numerous sandy beaches and secluded bays with shallow, crystal clear water are perfect for snorkeling and swimming with children. Watersports, restaurants, cafes and various entertainment options are widely available in the area.
One of the investment project consists of several boutique studios on the first and second floor of an Apartment Building located in a resort area.
All studios have swimming pool view and sea view options. Other investment project consists of a few maisonettes and apartments located in the same area.
These projects are set to bring additional value to the entire resort as well as to the overall area.
The resort area includes a Boutique Spa which is a unique and exciting fusion of services and facilities.
- Residents and visitors of the Resort;
- Famagusta area residents;
- Local tourists;
- and Larnaca and Nicosia locals who want to stay in or enjoy a SPA day.
Exotic couple’s massages or the functional gym studio can be offered to the Clientelle.
